Jill grew up in San Francisco, relocating to the capitol city for a degree in Communication from Sacramento State University. After graduating, she never left. “The Sacramento region cannot be beat in terms of weather and proximity to all of Northern California’s beauty like Lake Tahoe and Napa,” Jill says. "I love it here!”
After college, Jill embarked on a corporate career as a Client Service Manager with a telecom company. There she learned a high sense of urgency, became an expert in client communication and learned how to maximize a budget. When she decided to begin her real estate career, these skills transferred in a big way.
“My clients expect superior service every time. That’s really my motto,” Jill explains. Her approach has worked with over 90% of her business coming from repeat clients and referrals. “The very first clients I served in 2005 just closed on their fourth transaction with me. I even get to serve the second generation of client’s families. It is an incredible honor and joy.”

Michele’s career background is a track record of helping others. As a Worker's Compensation Claims Analyst supporting hospitals, Michele has worked with people from all walks of life. This has placed her in a position where anticipating people's needs and providing appropriate solutions have become second nature.
In 2017, Michele took her community-building skills to real estate with the Van Dusen Distinctive Homes Team. Two years later, Michele became a CAR Certified Transaction Coordinator.

Michele and John, her husband of 33 years, have three grown children and two grandchildren, Emma and Cameron.
Having a passion for running and the outdoors, Michele is a member of the USA FIT running club. She ran many half and full marathons, and her ultimate goal was to qualify for and run in the 2017 Boston Marathon.
A fitness enthusiast through and through, Michele also enjoys hiking and cycling with family and friends. A fun weekend with her means BBQs on the deck or a night out with friends. Michele credits her two-year-old yellow lab Ruth for keeping her young.
